I stayed here a few times and I wasn't gonna say anything bad but I have to.
Bathroom had pubic hair in tub with a dried up spider. Which is whatever. Then I had the no housekeeping sign up and while we were gone housekeeping came in and cleaned . Whats the ppint of the sign to stay out. Also had the light in the bathroom go out night two and there was no one there to fix it till the next day which is fine
Which we checked out the next day. So around 9:30 we came back to the room from the pool and rhe man just got there to fix it. I asked him to wait till checkout and he ignored me so my nine year old had to wait to pee and change till he was done twenty mins later. After I said come back . Thats just rude. Then housekeeping comes by at 10 u checking out yet no not till noon . I paid for my stay things are not cheap and he was wasting my hard earned money by not fixing it till after we left. I should get money back for it. Wanna take take take and never wanna give give give. Also it's nice they have food but the food is horrible

I like everything about this place amazing stuff both at front desk and the cleaning stuff , very clean place , the best I’ve stayed at don’t want to leave , home feel to it , did I say how very clean and great breakfast, and mon-weds, they have a meet and greet down stairs , with food , 5pm-7 .
