The employee that we talked with was very pleasant.

The breakfast was not good at all. The furniture in the room was old. One chair was close to being threadbare. The bathroom should have had an Exhaust Fan, especially since there was no outside window in the bathroom.

The breakfast was ok. The breakfast crew kept the area clean and restocked when the items were low.
Negatives:
The front desk receptionist was rude. Got into an argument with my family and did not assist when I found a bed bug in my room. He also closed the pool just to prevent my guests from swimming because he was upset about our exchange. The bed bug was an issue but he made it 10x worse. I am in process of contacting the better business bureau.

Our Hotel floor was VERY noisy, there was loud music all night & kids running up the hallways after 10pm.. it was jumping and bumping above our room from the time we checked in until the time we checked out literally. Had to call the front desk to complain but didn’t seem like anything was done
