The page for the Hampton Inn/Warren stated that no pets were allowed. I asked at the desk at check in that they allow pets. Then the phone in our room didn't work. Wea sked people on on our floor if their phone worked and they also said no. We reported it to the desk and they knew about it. We were there with no hotel phone for 3 days.

The hotel didn't have what we reserved on line so that was disappointing and the manager of the hotel wouldn't speak with us about it and also didn't get any help from booking.com to try to resolve my issues

The breakfast was not good at all. The furniture in the room was old. One chair was close to being threadbare. The bathroom should have had an Exhaust Fan, especially since there was no outside window in the bathroom.
