How cops showed up a few times at the facility, seen a few hookers in and out, and the rooms weren’t too clean

The front desk clerks were VERY friendly. The toilet flushed well.
The outside parking areas, all around the building, were extremely well lit.

Most of the lights in the room were not working.
Only the bathroom light switch worked and one wall sconce, which was falling apart.
The sheets had crumbs; the tabletops were dirty. The mini fridge still had items in it!
Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The bed lacked a blanket!
The outlets next to the bed did not work, nor did the plug bar.
The tv had one channel and the remote was missing pieces.
The sign by the road was half out and the pole cover is trashed.
I paid $85, it was worth $45 (like the changeable copy sign advertised.)

I love that it was exceptional customer service.

I didn't like that the wi-fi was down the whole time we were there , so I was unable to do my homework. Also all the trash cans outside...were over full and smelled horrible. The room was clean but the bathroom wasn't all that clean..I wasn't happy at all. It also took me a long time to find my room. From the bottom looking up...it's hard to see the room numbers. It literally me over 20 min. to find my room. I was walking everywhere. I felt like I should have gotten, some kind of discount. I wasn't happy at all. My children also couldn't get on their tablets.
