We asked for a balcony and when we got the room it smelled. We went and bought disinfectant because we had already paid for it. We requested more towels and never got them. They never answered the phone. The staff was horrible but management was nice. Bad part is management didn’t come until we were leaving on Monday. However once they were aware of what took place they handled it well.

The carpet in the room was very stained, there was mold in the window frame from water leaking in which I only noticed from the smell, and that got worse when it rained. Property was under construction

They made sure the pool water was at the required PH level. The water was a bit chilly though.
Negatives:
The furnishings were old and not very clean. The floors were sticky. The refrigerator had broken shelves. The lamp in the living room looked like someone threw up on the base of it. The pull out couch in the living room had stuff under the cushions like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The whole room smelled like a wet dog had been in it. I believe there should be rooms for animals but also rooms where no animals stay. They must be working on the outside - I hope so because they had caution tape up everywhere and pieces of the walls were falling down.
