Bathtub and toilet were both dirty. Towel rack fell off of the wall when I grabbed a towel. Guests and their apparent outside Guests decided to throw a two day bash in the pool area late into both nights.

Location was fine, staff was friendly.

Carpet in our unit was damp, diishes were in dishwasher, exterior was in disrepair, outdoor pool didn't open until 10 am. And very oddly, we found a winter hat covering one of the bedside lamps (over the lightbulb, under the shade).

The front desk clerk when checking in Jasmine was very kind and attentive.

I didn’t know there was going to be a deposit hold once we checked in. There was a mildew smell in our room. We had to ask for housekeeping assistance a few times. The assistant General Manager apologized as we were checking out and took the complaint. She did make things better.

Breakfast was great. Separate beds in different rooms with a sofa. Couch was perfect. Set up for my family.
Negatives:
The sofa bed mattress was broken on one side and the sheets were really dirty so we weren't able to use it. There were no blankets for the sofa bed.

THEY DIDNT WELCOME US!!! We booked, it was ok, we receive a mail of confirmation, and then we drove a lot to get there, and on the reception, they said we don’t have rooms anymore ! And I’m still waiting for my refund! They don’t even answer me !

The breakfast has limited varieties.
The room and bathroom were not clean. The bathroom sink was dirty, the towel hanger was broken and the couch and floor had stains.
Negatives:
Varieties of breakfast to cater for those that do not eat pork products. The pancake maker should probably be two of it because we had to wait for turns.
