Location. They do provide dishes and silverware. They have a borrow cabinet you can get whatever you need out to use. They clean the rooms once a week! And they have a store to purchase drinks or snacks.
Negatives:
The laundry room was rough. Only 2 washing machines and dryers worked properly. So you had to wait all day on a turn. The main floor near elevator smelled just like urine 24/7. The hallways smelled just like weed and cigarettes all night long.

Room wasn't setup for 2 occupants. No towels for 2 occupants in either room I reserved. No phone in room. Refrigerator was set to 9 which caused my produce to freeze and I had to toss it. Some of the dishes were missing. Check out staff was very rude.

When I arrived they 2 women where helping 1 customers informed him of whole hotel. Example where to do go for laundry where to get snacks from to exercise now it’s my turn. Sam was my csr very nasty rude person, I put my ID and debit card in her hand when she gave it back she placed it on the counter as if I was a germ. She gave me no information about this hotel. She was very dismissive. She gave me a hotel room. Where I had a long walk to my room I informed her I’m handicap. I’m parked in handicap. I need a room closer to the elevator. I’m not feeling well now I get a room with no phone in it. I had to clean my toilet seat, the toilet seat was sticky, I slept on top of my blankets when I laid in the bed I felt like I was being eaten up by bugs so I laid on top of the blankets. I only wanted to leave this hotel. I would not refer anyone to come to this despicable place. Good customer service is needed as well as a clean hotel that does not have bedbugs and the toilet seat should definitely be clean.
