Front desk person was wonderful, the cleaning person was nice but didn't really clean well
Negatives:
The pool was dirty the doors to the ladies shower room by the pool did not lock deeming it very unsafe, dirty just a dirty elevator dirty room cobwebs the freezer was overflowing of frost which I unplugged and left open with a towel under the door hoping it would get tended to, the TV wouldn't hold the signal, ice machine in the hallway was ripped apart, the staff had young children running the hallways while they worked, maybe they lived at the hotel with them I don't know but it was inappropriate.

Fire doors were not closing properly at the entrance and our room so.
Window in room was falling apart , whirlpool tub was gross . Staff was great . Both ice machines were out of order . I realize that I that it’s under new management , not saying this to be mean , just trying to help improve their facilities

SMOKE DETECTOR WAS HANGING BY ONE WIRE FROME CEILING OVER THE BED
THE FAN IN THE BATHROOM HAD A TOWEL STUFFED IN IT AND IT STILL WAS ABLE TO TURN ON
