The staff were very helpful and the beds were comfortable.

Leaving for airport at 3:30am and you have coffee available but it is barely warm. No microwave available to warm coffee in lobby area and we had already turned in room keys. Don't offer lukewarm coffee.

I didn't get to eat. Headed to hospital for an outpatient procedure. My daughter said it was fine, standard for the motels we stay in.
Negatives:
A few little slip-ups with the cleaning a rubber ball and a gold fish cracker on the floor by one bed. The top sheet was tucked in to the top of the mattress so far that at first we didn't think there was one and there was no hair dryer. Getting the wi-fi password was a bit of a nuisance

Positives:
Basically everything. The Room,Bed, Bath,The Cleanliness of the Hotel, The Staff(A vida' Young lady by the name of Criss)not quite sure of her name spelling) I so enjoyed talking to her, she has the greatest spirit. Her aura should be bottled, God has Blessed her truly so. The Area, The Restaurants in general the people, were all good. We truly enjoyed our stay so. And will most definitely be back so. LOL (Sam the man?)

We had late check out 12:30p, and for some reason signals must have gotten crossed, because the maids kept coming an knocking at the door(3 times),waking us up. We had to constantly tell them we have late check out. We have a long drive back so. Ughhhh

The staff was absolutely wonderful, the hot break morning was definitely a plus and good. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and i look forward to staying again....
Negatives:
I notice even though I left the sleep, do not disturb hanging on the outside door. Someone was entering the room anyway, which felt a little creepe. None of my things were bothered and they did replace the towels with clean ones, and with that being said, if the sign says do not disturb then that should be honored. Overall it's gets high ratings from me. Keep up the good work.
