Super 8 by Wyndham Grand Rapids/Wyoming

Negatives: The chair was disgusting; the room smelled musty; the shower was nasty; oh, and did I mention the COCKROACH under the bathroom sink!?!

Negatives: There was holes in the covers and sheets, they advertised free breakfast and there was no breakfast what so ever. The bathroom was also not very cool.

Negatives: I arrived before 4 pm (check-in starts at 3 pm), and the accessible rm I PREPAID for wasn't available. Put in a room, missing phone, chair, desk, refrigerator, disposable cups, nothing to put ice in other than the garbage bag I was advised to use. I had to call the desk via my cell phone to request a chair. I left, and when I returned, I felt privileged with not just the chair but also a couple of cups and a fridge. Still no 'as advertised ' in room coffee makers.

Negatives: no disposable drinking cups, no in-room coffee as noted in advertisement, broken shower stool (which had I not set my shampoo and conditioner bottles on it, I could have fallen/injured in the shower)

Negatives: I didn’t like the fact that I was told there was continental breakfast which there was none. The front desk with rude with me. There was no shower curtain so I couldn’t even shower. The door casing was coming up my mom which is 60 years old almost fell just was not a good stay at all. It was the worst experience I ever witnessed

Negatives: This hotel was gross. We usually stay in super 8s when we travel and haven't ever had issues. When we first walked in, it reeked of marijuana and the front desk is behind plexiglass. Our room was on the 3rd floor and when we got in it was evident they don't enforce non smoking rooms. The whole place smelt like weed and there were cigarette burns on the bedding. My baby crawled on the floor for all of 20 mins and her feet and knees were black it was gross. We informed the front desk that this was unacceptable and checked out. When requesting a refund they said they were not able to do it since we booked through booking.com. we contacted booking.com and they said they would reach out to the property and after almost 2 weeks only gave us a 17$ credit so overall very unhappy and will likely start booking direct through properties and avoid super 8s

Negatives: Never stayed here. Dispute at front desk this will end up in litigation

Negatives: Rude staff, room was filthy, no breakfast even though it was supposed to be included, door didn't work, they charged things to my card without permission, air didn't cool the room, bed was horrible, I didn't sleep

Negatives: I stayed for multiple days and never received a microwave in room..I killed several roaches and had to scrub the walls myself.. I wasn’t even offered anything/discount for days of inconvenience and on top I had to ask for sheets and towels and was told I had to wait til morning
