room wasn't ready - housekeepers were coming from 150 miles away (?). Iron but no ironing board, bathroom sink finish peeling and dirty, no stopper. places where flooring sections met were uneven with sharp edges (no seam binder). Needs much attention

The hotel's website indicated that they had a pool. Upon checking in the pool was out of service. I booked this hotel so my grandchildren could come visit me and go swimming which we were unable to do.

We needed the first floor room due to stairs and no elevator. There was only one left. When we got into the room, there were crumbs and dirt on the duvet covers. There was trash in the bathroom trash bin, the heat wasnt on so the room was freezing.

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The room smelled very stale. There was absolutely no food at the continental breakfast so had to go somewhere else too eat

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent!! The pool was good as well.

The only downside was our room was tidy but not clean. The shower curtain rod was basically hanging by a thread. That was a major safety thing.

We where given our room key went up to our room to open the door and there where people already sleeping in that same room.
