Ease of getting too and proximity to what we were in town for.

Free breakfast was horrible. It wasn't very clean. The smoke detector in the room was missing. There were weird stains on the vanity that made it look very unsanitary.

Location was good. It was very quiet for being located next to interstate.

I received a hand towel that was thread bare. I could see through half of towel. Bathroom vent was dirty. The bed linen weren’t the best. Room also had a musty smell. I did tell desk at check out.

Overall it was fine. Quiet. Clean.
Negatives:
Bed sheets were clean but not dry. Very damp. Top half of outlet shorted out and burned. No light or coffee pot. Slept on top of bed. Need sign for vending area and operational light.

The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning wasn’t too cold.
Negatives:
In the bathroom, one of the lightbulbs was burned out, the toilet paper wasn’t mounted-It was just a roll sitting on the tank since its fixture was missing a part The Kleenex box was empty. The floors had crumbs on them. All the faucets and fixtures were lime-scaled and gross. The bottom of the tub and the sinks had rings.
The bed ended up being actually comfortable, but all the linens were so wrinkly I wasn’t sure they were laundered.
The refrigerator in the cabinet could not be opened without scraping the skin off your knuckles, it was obviously wedged in there almost unusable.
The curtains didn’t close completely, which was problematic because all the windows looked out on other rooms.

The breakfast was included in the price, which is nice because most of the time hotels don't offer breakfast these days but if willing, the hotel could step up their game and offer a little better selection of breakfast items and that would take it to the next level for me, I would definitely be back.
