Beds and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. We were a family of 5 staying in a 2 bed queen room with a sofa pull out for a night. There were only 4 towels. My husband asked for another towel and was told he technically couldn’t have any more and had to argue to get another towel stating we had 5 people in our group. The management was unpleasant about the request. It simply was a towel. Were we meant to share towels? Ridiculous! Also at breakfast the waffle maker was out of service. It was announced it was ready for use again when it was still dirty with dry waffle mix attached.

Had a bad experience-had reservation through Bookings.com with appropriate confirmation. Upon arrival, was told reservation was declined, but upon checking the credit card used, was charged for the room. Ended up getting our room, but original desk clerk handled it poorly and was embarrassing and unnecessary! Given nothing for our inconvenience!

Positives:
The rooms were comfy and everything was clean. Especially the pool area. The way it was set up with towels on chairs made it feel more inviting.
The lady that checked us in Friday night was great. She was super kind to us. When we left today Kelli was very nice as well. All around a great stay.
Negatives:
The only concern I had was the water on floor in front of pool door since our room was right there and my mom has to use a cane to walk.

My Grandson got RAV and we were unable to go. I have been trying to contact someone at the facility and cannot get through. Our purpose for this trip was to visit my daughter in laws sick Baby Nephew that is currently in the NICU In Rochester. So we thought it best not to come to reduce the risk of that poor little NICU baby from contracting RSV.
