Negatives:
The $30 per night pet fee! The staff can only clean 1x regardless of the number of nights you stay. Therefore, 1 pet fee for the entire stay should be sufficient.
Also, charging $3 for a bottle of water is excessive.

Better than a Marriot! Best Breakfast I have seen in years, reasonable prices, and well-maintained property. Staff was terrific and very organized. It felt safe and clean. They do all those little things right, which is very uncommon today. Definitely will be my first choice for future stays in the area.

Parking can be confusing with Culvers next door, their parking lot looks like it's part of the hotel but it's not and if you park there you will get in trouble by the Culver's staff.
