Kind of a misleading entrance, requiring to drive around building from service road to main entry.

It had a very confusing layout, and I got lost several times. The room was alright except I did not get all the amenities that it said were available, for example I was looking for a balcony and I got this room but it did not have one.
The room had several dirty things like somebody left rose pedals under the bed, and it was visible, so the room was not cleaned properly. There was also tape on the ceiling, and the room was dirty.

The pool area was great, especially for children. Front desk staff were amazing and assisted us with our concerns and issues.
Negatives:
We had to switch rooms twice. Our 1st room was dirty but it was as if they tried to just make the bed and be done with it and the tub was full of water. The 2nd room was the same, the bed was visibly dirty with a large scab at the foot of the bed.

airport shuttle late at night. good buffet food on Sunday. Comfortable room with some good amenities, refrig., microwave. Slightly outdated bathroom, but definetly acceptable.

I did not like the parking. The parking was horrible with all the parking for park and fly we were told wherever you can find a park to park which was literally no place. Also, the bar service was horrible on top of a 18 percent service charge.

Hotel employee greets you by your name. The breakfast hostess is kind and friendly. The evening dining room staff is always one step ahead. Great group of staff. They make you feel right at home.
