Cleaning lady was constantly giving dirty looks when walking by. I was charged a extra night for no reason and they wouldn?t give me my money back. very unhappy.

The staff at the hotel were awesome! We forgot two items at the hotel and hotel employee was very nice, helpful, and provided the best service throughout the whole process on getting the items back!

Said park and fly was included and got there to find out it wasn't. Front desk was lady rude. Couldn't turn the ac off in February. Froze all night and front desk refused to give us a new room.

Not a good amount of parking. Was very icy/slippery at the entrance. The outlets continuously turned off and had to be reset so the fridge did not stay cold and our food went bad.

the room was huge and everything was very nice. I couldn't decide if I should sleep or have a gymnastics competition in my room or just enjoy the echo (kidding), but the room was huge. I had a very nice stay.

The parking was a bit complicated. Not bad if you like long walks with baggage. If you left early enough like people getting on a flight (ME) you could park close to the door.

Very large room and very clean as well. Breakfast was excellent, I enjoyed it at 6AM and 9:30AM.
