Sticky carpets in my room. Looking tired. Needs a good facelift in the corridors and rooms. Staff helpful but nothing organised. No hot water at breakfast for tea. Breakfast buffet very poor, food cold. Worst Garden inn I have ever stayed in. Normally very good.

Can not complain about the cleaness and location.
Negatives:
I have never experienced anything like this before. I have always used the hotel room phone to cancel and check out of rooms before. I used there phone in the room to cancel my following day and also use the same phone to check out. They say you can't.
