Negatives: Biggest issue of the stay was the breakfast! Egg folds that were so overcooked you couldnt even cut them and breakfast sandwiches. When we asked if they were going to have anything different the next morning the lady got really bitchy with us. They could use some better pillows. Bring your own if you can

Positives: Always love Home2 Suites! Great amenities. This particular location was great if you plan to visit the Mall of America.
Negatives: We were traveling for a funeral. I went to iron my dress pants, and there was something on the iron, and it ruined my pants. I told the front desk, and nothing was offered. Not even reimbursement of the dress pants. This was disappointing considering the only place open at 7:00 was Target and the options for dress pants are slim pickens SO in other words, I was out the $100 I had paid for the ruined pants and it cost me an additional $39.99 for the replacement "pants" I'll never wear again. Note to housekeeping....check the irons so that the guests can be confident that it should be in usable order.
