They double charged my card as far as the stay,,, staff called me ghetto,,, charged me for parking twice even though I stated we only had one vehicle a lot of miscommunication they didn’t know how to handle the 3rd party booking took about 45 minutes to get checked in due to this

The airport shuttle was excellent, the room was clean and quiet, and the front desk crew was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is across the street from Mall of America and we were able to walk there several times.
Negatives:
At check-in, the front desk person clearly asked if we had a car (we didn't) and said she would write a note so that we didn't get charged for parking. But after check-out, I got home and found that they sent me my final receipt and they did charge me for parking for all three days. I called and told them about it and they said they'll send me a new receipt without those charges, but I have yet to see that and my $100 deposit released. The only other thing that needs improvement is breakfast. The coffee needs work (it tasted like just brown water) and even if we got downstairs early, items on the buffet didn't get restocked quickly enough and kept running out (especially the hot breakfast items). Breakfast hours aren't posted anywhere and one morning we were a bit slow to come down (it was a Saturday morning before 9:30am) and staff was already pulling items very quickly without even giving us a chance to finish helping ourselves. Other than that, our stay was good.
