The room was a very nice size and clean. The location to the MOA was good.

Upon check-in, we were told there would be an additional charge for parking. When we returned to park that evening, there were no parking spots available, yet they were unable to refund our parking fee. Very poor set up regarding parking!

There was no shuttle from the airport like we were told, there was a shuttle to mall of America only during certain times I even called the hotel staff prior to our stay and was assured there was shuttles only to arrive in Minnesota with a toddler and no car seat for an Uber because I was told there would be a shuttle.

The king room I booked was no longer available. I was given a double room. I had booked it in plenty advance and confirmed thru the booking app that my flight was delayed I would be arriving late.
