We picked this property because it was a great deal for the deluxe suit. A king bed in one room and a couch and kitchenette in a joint room.
Negatives:
We checked into our room at about 6:00 and at 7:30 water began pouring from the ceiling upstairs. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance up. He went upstairs and talked to the guest above us. He said they over filled their shower and the water came through the floor in the overflow drain. He wiped up the water with a wet rag and said that it should be done dripping now because the people upstairs are done showering. This water was over our “kitchen” sink where we had our sons baby bottles drying. After he left we then realized that the doors do not completely lock. Our 18 month old son could easily open the doors to the hallway and pinch his fingers in the door. We were not offered a transfer or any refund.

The shuttle to The Mall of America was very unreliable. We signed up for a specific pick up time both days, and both days had to call and were told we were not on their reservation. We did get picked up, but late.
