Breakfast, The $100 deposit placed on my credit card. I was placed on the 18th floor my second visit and only one channel worked, the wifi never stayed connected, you could hear people shut their doors all night. My first time there the sheets were not clean and when I asked for clean sheets it took over an hour before someone brought us fresh sheets.

The location was good and the room being separated into two with two bathrooms was nice.
Negatives:
The staff were rude and unfriendly. The kitchen staff were yelling in the kitchen about the guests being stupid as breakfast was about to end and there were still 10 people who had been standing in line for 35 minutes who still wanted to eat. The front desk staff were not kind and were exasperated helping anyone; multiple guests in line had issues trying to get their room and check-in took 15 minutes per person IF there weren’t any complications.

I like the location and have been staying at this hotel for years.
Negatives:
Whirlpool was closed again. I believe this has been an issue several times when I stayed. The breakfast area was not very clean and selections seemed reduced compared to years past. Someone vomited in the hallway on the 19th floor & it was not cleaned up for over 24 hours. The parking lot is horrendous.

They are incredibly overpriced and take a $100 deposit down with no promises of ever getting it back. Pool was opened but covered in caution tape and jacuzzi was advertised but when we got there it was all boarded up with caution tape. Pool area almost blends in with the construction sites going on nearby. Hotel room also had a strange musty odor smell.
