Wasn't worth what I paid, especially when I was charged over 4 bucks for a bitter coffee, oh and then the charges I received the moment I checked in without being told, still haven't received those back.. won't be going back for many many other reasons

The location is why we come here. Being right next to the MOA and able to walk everywhere we want to go is fantastic.

Because of it's size, and the youthful market that's often staying here, it can get loud. Doors always making a ton of noise when they shut. People constantly up and down the hallways.

We had to pay for parking and it was over $20, I think it would be nice to include that in a disclaimer when choosing a room.

The location was perfect, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable. The bathtub was a deep soaking tub.
Negatives:
We had a rainfall shower head so no water pressure in the shower. The pillows were soft and provided no support. It's $24 a day to self park.

Location was great, housekeeping did a great job as well. Room was very clean.

Overpriced for what you get as the room was nothing special. And it was very noisy. Constant door slamming and hallway conversations. Seems we paid more for a fancy lobby and the location.

Location being attached to the Mall of America was very nice.

The room had not been cleaned properly, waste was still in the trash cans from prior. No directions or information on how to access information for the TV and/or services. The room temperature was very difficult to manage.

The location, its a quick skyway walk to the MOA. The room was super clean and very up to date. Housekeeping stopped by daily.

Beds too firm, no pillow top. Parking was $24/day. The pool: too many kids, water super cloudy, a layer of foam & oil on the surface. No hot tub. The hallway is at least a 1/4 mile long with no decor. It gives off The Shining vibes.

Location was extremely convenient, hotel staff were terrific even during a very busy period.

The room was a bit worn for the price. Under the bed had not been properly cleaned which I discovered when I dropped something. Desk chair had fabric showing through the leather, desk itself was sticky.

Lengthy wait for check-in. Elevator speed and delay. Parking cost and salt water dropping on our vehicle. $24.
