Positives:
Felt like a mini luxury apartment. Had a lot of comforts off home. Was clean and quiet. Building was big a beautiful inside and out.
Negatives:
The staff wasn't as helpful as I would have liked to see. When paying as much money as I did, I expected better service. It almost felt like I was bothering them when asking for things. The maid skipped my room many times, leaving us without towels and toilet paper and a dirty floor. The kitchen staff was kind of rude and watched over every little thing I did as I was getting my breakfast. made it a bit uncomfortable to get food. There was even some confrontations between some guests and the kitchen staff. No one that works there smiles and seems friendly when passing you in the halls.

We were very pleased with our room. We had 6 people in our party, and were able to get a room with two double beds and a sleeper sofa and small kitchenette. The breakfast was great! And bonus, I had asked ahead of time if possible for an early check in to “ unload” and wait for the rest if our part to arrive and they let us. It was PERFECT!

It was a little out of the way, no other businesses or restaurants in the area.

For sofa bed could have used a comforter rather than a blanket. Cold. Also heated pool was not heated at all. WAS like jumping into a bucket of ice water. Brrrrr

The rooms are nice and spacious will full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher as well as a garbage disposal. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The breakfast was good and a little different each morning. There was always an egg option but the meat varied each day.
Negatives:
For breakfast, it would be nice if they offered bacon or sausage each day. One day they had a gravy with turkey sausage in it but not other meat choice. The hot tub was nice but the pool area echoes quite a lot and when there are children playing, it makes it hard to relax. It would be nice if there was some separation of the pool and hot tub area.

The free breakfast was great and we loved the room! We brought our dog and had a perfect room on the lowest level near an exterior door. Loved the pool, hot tub and free laundry service.
