After Friday, Nov 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 29, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: i rented the room. paid for the room. when my 12 year old daughter and i got there we were denied service as there werent any rooms even though i had paid for one. i will never go back to that hotel again. their website needs to be updated.

Negatives: Everything. First of all its a transient hotel. Next lights went out on 2 different occasions for a total of 3 hours. Thirdly my husband got trapped in the elevator. I WILL NEVER EVER GO AGAIN!!!!!

Positives: The property was easy to find.

Negatives: I showed up after the 3p check in time. I was told they were fully booked even after I stated I had a reservation. The carpet in the lobby was visibly not vacuumed. Was told all the extended stay properties were fully booked. Was told a room could be available if I returned after 7p. I left and decided to book with a different hotel. I cancelled my reservation but now have a pending charge on my credit card.

Negatives: Got there and it was over booked. So I dont know how the room was. They just said no and we close in two minutes. Called your representative and wasnt help to find a room replacement.
