The pool and hot tub were disgusting and dirty. It would’ve been nice to be clean. It was unsupervised and there was children running around and being disrespectful. They soaked the entire pool area so it was unsafe for my six-year-old daughter that fell and hurt herself.

Country inn suites cancelled my stay and charged the full length of stay when we didn't even stay there. No front desk line so you can contact anyone if you have any issues. Horrible experience with the staff. Asked them to provide me a receipt and they would not give one.

We got locked inside the king size bedroom. The worker didn’t know what to do to help us. We had to use one of our credit it card to unscrew the door handle. Overall, the staff did give us another room.

Location was great as well as how clean the rooms were. I had a small situation when checking in that someone else with a similar name had taken my room.
It was extremely late at night/early morning hours when I checked in. The other guest was less than pleasant and absolutely rude to the staff. I checked in to a different kind of room than what I had reserved. I didn’t make a fuss. It was clean. It was quiet and it served the purpose for what I needed.
The owners/managers of the hotel rectified the situation with my bill. I was absolutely satisfied with that outcome. I would book here again when in the area.
Negatives:
It was an extremely busy night and the entire hotel was packed full. I would suggest having two people work the desk during the Missouri State track meet weekends. The town that actually hosts this event does not have enough hotels and that’s why I stayed a half hour drive away. Many of the people staying at the hotel were just like me and State as close as we could to this multiple day event.
