Positives: The staff person was extremely busy with a difficult situation when I arrived so I waited for her, and then she was as nice and pleasant as could be, even though she must have been stressed. Kudos to her. And morning staff was also very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, comfy, and much more spacious than I expected.

Negatives: Breakfast, but it was not worse than other motel breakfasts.

Positives: The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The linene was clean.

Negatives: Our room was not ready when we got there at 4:30. So we went to eat and came back at 8pm and the staff had to check to see if our room was even ready then. It was ready but I was shocked that was even an issue at 8pm. Our room furniture, carpet and tub was digusting. Looks like it has never been cleaned. There was even stains on the walls and light switches. The pullout bed was lumpy and the walls are so thin I could hear everyone talking, opening doors, and going up and down the stairs all night. The stars was not clean either and they left the cleaning cart in the hallway all night.
