I was very satisfied with the motel and service, but being on the phone for 49 min with Andree trying to make a reservation was unacceptible! After having to repeat everything x 3 and starting all over each time an error was put in was very frustrating.

YES! My comforter smelt like body odor, no extra pillows or blankets, no shampoo in the bathroom, my biggest complaint is the price I paid and the ventilation system. Every time the air turned on it sounded like a a jet plane starting. It did NOT sleep.

I was totally upset about the hotel having sensors in the rooms to control the air condition at night.The first room was at 85 degree and we were moved to another room.The day before I was to departed the manager offered the executive suite which too late
