Staff was nice. Weight selection in the workout room was great!!

I cleanly. Spots on curtains, hair on toilet seat, shower, and sink. Furniture was old and veryyyy worn. Marks on the walls. Honestly, I wasn’t sure if they even cleaned my room. Pool and spa were closed. Just kind of a gross place to sleep and I am not high maintenance.

Checking in and seeing upset guests wanting refunds because their rooms were not good. I was warned by one guest to check my bed under the blankets and pillows. That made me question if I wanted to stay. All seemed fine for me.

The staff had a flat affect, not very friendly. I never received my receipt for the room, even though I asked them before I left, they assured me they would send it, I called several times, still never received it.

everything!!! didn’t receive the room i originally ordered. sheets were soiled and not changed even after i asked for them to be. The noise was absolutely awful until late and then awoken at 6 am by doors slamming next door multiple times.
