The location was convenient. The complimentary breakfast was good. The pool was warm.

While the booking site said "pet fees may apply," it did not state the amount, nor was it mentioned in any correspondence or posting. The cost was $75, which was half the cost of the room - outrageous! My dog left no mess or damage and never once barked.
You had to become a rewards member to access the free wifi.
The bathroom door slides closed, allowing for no way to lock the door, and if you have animals or small children, it will be impossible to keep them out if they want to come in.

Staff was not helpful. They couldn't find my booking even though I had a confirmation number, they didn't tell me anything about a deposit or how much my room cost they just charged my card. They didn't say what floor or where my room was at, and didn't explain any rules or other things like other places do. I also got charged twice. The room smelled like wet dog, the bathroom was dirty, and the towels had holes in them. The pool felt like it had slime on the stairs and walls. I didn't see any cameras in the hallways or elevator, so I felt a little unsafe.
