Close to 35W and Burnsville Parkway so easy access. Decent restaurant next door.

Cleanliness has slipped a bit from precious stays. We actually got some cleaning product to clean mildewed grout from around the tub as we stayed there seven nights.

I have stayed there my last 5 visits and never had to pay a security deposit and now I was told I had to put it on a credit card or I couldn't be checked in..so we had to leave find a branch of our bank then re-check in...this wasted an hour of our trip...what if there wasn't a branch of our bank in your town...

The girl at the front desk had given my room to someone else that she knew, even tho I had called an hour before checkin to confirm everything and to give an eta. She was then exceptionally rude to myself and family as we were waiting for her to figure out a room for us. We had driven 12 hours then had to stand out and wait nearly an hour for her to get something situated. I had paid and done everything online and she was pretty much at first acting like it was not her problem and very irritated.She had already ran my card for a deposit on someone else's room (I was telling her that that was not my room type and trying to show her my confirmation etc) and wanted me to run my card again for a new room and it was showing on my alerts and I was trying to show her and she just continued to be dismissive and rude saying it wasn't a big deal. Well my card was tied to someone else's room so it was a big deal. I work in a hotel. Her behavior and attitude were completely unacceptable especially considering it was her mistake.

I booked two rooms for one night only. The air in the rooms was not breathable. It looked like the rooms were closed for a long time and there was no air ventilation. We had to turn on the air conditioner and open the windows for an hour to get the smell out. There were dots on one pillow and the sliding door in one bathroom was not closing.
