Positives:
Dog friendly, good location, clean towels and garbage emptied every day, microwave and refrigerator provided.
Negatives:
No hot water in the sink, room smelled terrible, paint chipped off walls, door frame and bed frame, floor dirty, clumps of dog fur outside next to sidewalk in front of rooms, empty beer bottles laying all over grass next to parking lot.
