I’ve stayed there several times when it was Best Western. It’s a convenient location and quite clean.
Negatives:
EVERY SINGLE TIME the AC started the fan screeched for about 30 seconds. I got no sleep as it was warm and humid and the AC started many times during the night.
The curtain couldn’t be open as the sheer drape was shredded and had a hole in it that was about 3 feet x 6 feet. At check in the girl was VERY unfriendly. Just a very disappointing stay. When I checked out I waited to talk to the clerk at the desk to tell her the AC needed fixing and the curtain had a hole but she was talking and completely ignored me for 10 minutes. I had to go.

Booked a room with two double beds and receptionist told me there was none left. Only king size bed left with my two older kids. Very disappointed and when asked for a discount she stated she would talk to her manager. Stated he would not reimburse anything later after asking. The same thing happened to other parents in our basketball group. Will not stay again.
