Having the amenities in the room

Well first of all I didn't get the room I booked when reserving the room. And the lady at the counter was rude and failed to mention that our room was upgraded . Which personally was very disappointing because my husband n I drove all the way there expecting a room with a hot tub in it. Very excited. We check in and go to our room and no hot tub. Again the front desk lady failed to mention tht. And then on top of it she wud not allow us to cancel the reservation to go somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Restaurant and bar were under remodeling. They had a limited menu and bar set up.

Negatives:
Tried calling front desk 5 different timed with no one answering. And microwave, coffee pot and fridge were in the actual bathroom. Room was too hot.
