Location was great!
Negatives:
Booked a room with two double beds and receptionist told me there was none left. Only king size bed left with my two older kids. Very disappointed and when asked for a discount she stated she would talk to her manager. Stated he would not reimburse anything later after asking. The same thing happened to other parents in our basketball group. Will not stay again.

Well first of all I didn't get the room I booked when reserving the room. And the lady at the counter was rude and failed to mention that our room was upgraded . Which personally was very disappointing because my husband n I drove all the way there expecting a room with a hot tub in it. Very excited. We check in and go to our room and no hot tub. Again the front desk lady failed to mention tht. And then on top of it she wud not allow us to cancel the reservation to go somewhere else. Very disappointed.

The place was very nice. Lots of parking. Check in was painless. Beds are comfortable. Room was clean. Water was very hot for shower.

It was Christmas Eve. When I checked in, the gal at the front desk could’ve had a little more enthusiasm for my or anyone’s arrival. having worked in the food and beverage industry for many years, I understand repeat business is key.

Had recently changed to a Wyndham Hotel. Rooms had little if any bathroom necessities such as hand soap. Called front desk and they had none and wouldnt get any more for quite sometime! Hotel is understaffed especially in Restaurant. Our order was wrong
