Had enough choices. Again staff was not always seen or available.

The toilet.
Was leaking in our room and all the desk did was give us An extra thick towel to put on floor. No one manned the desk. One of yhe locks on the room was broken. Pool was cloudy, door to patio had a broken key card and door handle was missing. We had to prop a chair by the door while we sat outside.

I feel the bed & towels should be attended to daily. A decent supply of hangers also! This isn’t the first time I’ve gone out and bought more! And cleaning the bathroom, sink and bath thoroughly everyday. They were pretty grim.
