Negatives: Rude guests? Stomps on their floor when walking! Sounded like they were coming through the ceiling on the first floor. All management could say we're sorry! Nothing else. Where Why When, Nothing.

Negatives: Nasty rude staff, I was t using maid service for the previously 5 nights stay, I cleaned the room myself All garbage was bagged up. All table or other surfaces were wiped down. All dirty towels were placed in one spot for easy access. Also I wiped the floors off with a towel.Every single time I stay there I complete this routine as it simplifies the work for the maids. As you could imagine, just how furious I was after spending over 540.00 for my stay to find out after booking yet another new nights stay that I was placed on a Do Not Rent Status ! They said I had blood all over the sheets! This was a bold faced lie! Then they said several items were missing. I know nothing of this either. Oh by the way this is the first and only time I've had someone pull this crap on me. As I earlier stated each and every time I stay at a hotel /motel I do a precleaning as a kindness to the housekeeping. I have never had just a negative thing done to me in my life! There is one last thing I have to add. This only happened after I verbally complained of the night staff person who has been rude to me each and every stay. This was however,the final straw. When I stopped by the desk to pick up a roll of toilet paper and 4 towels each for myself and guest, I was shouted back to me " I'm not giving you two towels! "You can come back in the morning and get those from the morning staff ! With that said, she handed me one towel for tonight. No towel for the next day was given to me and none were given to my guest for either days. I think that after I've paid out over 500.00 for my stay so far we should be allowed to have clean towels. We had already used up all of our towels but housekeeping hadn't picked them up yet. We weren't using the housekeeping staff as I kept the room up. I got toilet paper when it ran out. I kept the room spot cleaned, until everything needed to be cleaned up at the end of the stay. Where is the proof of a blood soaked sheet.

Negatives: People in room above me stomped around until after midnight. Slept only 4 hours.

Negatives: Need bigger TV in room.

Negatives: Cleanliness, bed’s uncomfortable, staff abrupt

Negatives: When I checked in, I was told I didn't have a reservation because the reservation was in my initials rather than matching exactly my driver's license.. I was given a room on the second floor to walk up to, onto the other side of the hotel, at the end of the hall. The room smelled like smoke, and I reported it to the front desk. The person at the front desk stated that she would mark it down, and I told her that I could not stay in that room and I was on my way back down to the desk. It took me a while to get back to the desk because the hotel was maze. This is when I was given another room, which was on the 1st floor, just down the hall. I was settling in my room, and I could constantly hear the walking back and forth and loud footsteps of the room above me. At least they stopped before. It got too late into the night. I slept hard and woke up late, which was not my plan for the next day. It would have been better if I could have had this to start with. My rest would have been better. I have stayed here several times, and it was not at its best this time.
