Negatives:
Coffee maker did not work; elevator did not work; huge holes in concrete in parking garage; no internal signs regarding directions to restaurant or elevators; very noisy in the room from outside noises (outdoors and in the hallways).
Negatives:
They had a broken shower in our first room. In the second room they moved us to, the bed was unmade and the toilet had urine in it.

Outdated. Poor parking. Noisy. Slow elevators. Stay away when it is overrun by youth hockey teams.

My car was rummaged through yes I had locked the doors, I was parked in the ramp there was a sign saying park at your own risk. I told the front desk she informed me there isn't any security cameras. For a Radisson I was surprised it failed in security.

Multiple issues with the system getting room keys. (Not the staffs error) Bathroom had questionable specimens all over walls and door. Feces or vomit.

The location was better than most... The staff were extremely friendly.
Negatives:
Very outdated, broken outlets, bathroom not so clean and never got replenished toilet paper when asked.

The smoke detected in our room was chirping and they took care of it super fast.

The hotel was located very conveniently by downtown, within walking distance to many attractions. I liked the rotating restaurant dining on one of its top floors, as it granted you beautiful vistas of Duluth.

You can tell it is an older property; but it is in good shape and some of the cleaning could have been better in both the room and lobby--nothing major though.

It was in significant disrepair. The water temp in the shower kept fluctuating. The sprinkler systems look to not have been maintained or serviced in a long time which is very concerning in how this hotel is tall and a circle.

It's located near everything, which was nice. I also like that it was connected to the 360 restaurant and the pool was nice.

Location, impossible tv setup, room layout, plumbing noise, restaurant setup is awful, old, worn, outdated, no restaurant within walking distance, no stores, hoards of homeless around, a dead hotel in a dead downtown. $----with a 7 week advanced purchase,

Staff unfriendly. Room tiny and smelled. Carpet in room filthy and stained. Windows dirty. Fan in bathroom did not work.
