We had booked a suite for five people, but beds were only made for four. We asked for help, but had to make our own bed. We would have appreciated help.

We had very clean and spacious a 2 queen bed room. The hotel is in a very nice area of Eagan with shopping and restaurants right across the street. 10 minutes from the Outlet Mall and 10 minute drive to MOA/Ikea. Great staff and helpful front desk!
Negatives:
Cheaply made wooden bed frames. Anytime you rolled over or moved, it creaked quite loudly. Other than that, really comfortable beds and nice linens.
Positives:
The location is very close to the airport, which was helpful, and it was also very easy to get to places in St. Paul where we were visiting. The staff was especially good about our requests for extra blankets, hangers and towels, as we were traveling with another couple and their child.
Negatives:
I like that there was an oatmilk option at breakfast, but it was only one carton and it would have been helpful to have more such alternatives. The child appreciated the cool pancake maker, though

The room cleaning policies of IHG and the Holiday Inn Express will prevent me from ever using the Holiday Inn Express again. They do not service their rooms, make the beds, clean the rooms, etc. They should think of going out of business. Has I not asked for fresh towels, I would not have gotten these either. IHG should one taken to tsk for these polices, and they definitely need a new CEO. So, think moe than twice before you stay at this Holiday Inn Express. Find another chain that does it better.
