It was close to a lot of things that we wanted to see

No handle on the sliding bathroom door in either room. I broke my nail trying to shut it and the kids couldn't open or shut it at all. It was cleaned one time during the week that we stayed there. I took the trash out and the dirty towels every day. They never replenished the coffee packets or toiletries or toilet paper. I had to go get clean towels, toilet paper, trash bag and coffee at the front desk. I didn't like that I had to pay for parking. The blind in my room was old and broken.

The young lady who checked us in Thursday night, April 25, 2024, was very helpful. We had to change our reservations and added days. She left a note for the day crew about our needs. Teresa and Nick, the day workers, were able to change this. Nick was also quick to get maintenance to replace the battery in our electronic lock when we couldn't get into our room. With the busy week, my son and I had their help was a relief.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
