Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. It smelled. Walls were gross looking. Found 2 cock roaches. Found discarded drug paraphernalia. Card keys stopped working and couldn't find anyone to turn them back on.

The room I was given did not have a remote or island stools. I had to go BACK to the front desk. I was given another room which had a dirty sink and no stove top controls. I have basically been OK with ES for the past 18 times. Not know!

Walked past room down to car & across to diff hotel. Called to check out. NASTY. Hazy/smelly from weed throughout. Eviction notice on door(s). I've stayed in some iffy places. Worst by far. Won't refund. Offered coupon. I wouldn't stay for FREE. Be warned

+ The location was good. I think management NOT visiting the property. It's absolutely dirty.Pillowcases/ bed sheets were dirty, + We are lucky was only one night. I don't complain it's disappointing. + We went to the Break first we were 3 minutes late (9.33 am.). (It's not Buffet ) The guy said It's finished. :-)

Positives:
they had hot water, coffee and granola bars for a few hours in the morning. There was a refrigerator in our room. It was quiet. it was in a good location--close to stores, Costco, Walmart, Target, Eden Prairie Center Mall and restaurants. They lent us a pan for the stove top. There was a tv. Linens seemed clean. No signs of bedbugs. They allow pets. It was cheap.
Negatives:
We travel with our dog, so I always look under the beds cuz she gets under them. It was very dusty, there were crackers, chips and bottle caps. I was able to move the beds and we had Clorax wipes, so I wiped up the floors under the beds and around the perimeter of the room, in case it smelled like something she might lick and get sick. The floor was cracked, the tub very worn, a shelf in the fridge fell out because one side was broken. The microwave was broken. No oven. People staying there hung around the lobby and outside smoking and talking, looking like they had nothing better to do. They watched me and made me uncomfortable. I doubt I'd stay there again; better hotels are nearby and I'll pay a little more next time.
