Cleanliness of room, paper thin walls, very slippery pool tile - huge risk and liability!!! Very limited exercise equipment. Meal costs purposefully not posted and price for food was ridiculous!! $14 for eggs and cold cereal. People give you a bill after you grab food - no communication on breakfast costs. App didn’t work. Digital key didn’t work. Unable to check in or out through app - why have it? Any questions I had were not in the app.

It was very clean and super quiet.
Negatives:
We wanted a glass of wine, but had to wait a terribly long time to get one. They an event in the lobby that caused them to be busy, just maybe should have had an extra worker or two with such a big event. Other than that, we really did enjoy our stay.

All the doors and elevators functioning. The exit on my end of the building had the key entry broken, but I could still exit from it.

No pool towels all the time. Lady at desk wouldn't get a wine bottle opener and then i found out you have disposable ones for guests. Breakfast not included and way to expensive. I got charged over $50 in "fees" for booking online outside of the hotel.

Negatives:
There was garbage under the bed when I got there. Also, I was double charged, which I still haven't seen the supposed refund I was promised. I will not be staying here again.
