I booked a handicap room and I called the day before to make sure that I had that when we got there, there was no handicap room and I have a knee issue and I had to step over the tub which made me very uncomfortable and not safe for me. They said the next day that I would have a handicap room but that never happened. I need to talk to somebody so that we can get partial refund.

It wasn’t that I didn’t like the property property was nice, but as I said before, I never got the handicap room that I needed and it was unsafe for me. The manager told me that I needed to talk to Booking.com in order to get a refund.
