Someone pulled the fire alarm the first night we stayed and when we approached the front counter worker he seemed annoyed with us. The fire alarm lights flashed from 2am until 9am so we didn't get much sleep. Night #2 a couple of guys were in the hall yelling and fighting about a "girl". Was a nice clean hotel just not very quiet.

I loved the mini balcony, fresh air. The room design, furnishings and details were all beautiful. The staff was excellent all around. Especially the staff member who checked me in, she was exceptional, everyone was excellent.
Negatives:
It was odd it wasn't a smart TV, it was odd it wasn't complimentary breakfast but I did appreciate having the option on site.

Comfy bed and pillows although bed was low to the ground. Large bathroom.
Negatives:
No fridge & broken machine. Check-in bad. 2 people ahead of me, one person at front desk. Took 42 min to checkin. People locked out of areas like pool so she had to let them in with her key. Large red stain on carpet, dried pizza sauce? Wont stay again.
