Cleaning crew only made up our room twice in a week. There were tiny scraps of paper on the floor in the hallway that were not vacuumed up during the entire week of our stay. Without previous notification and on our arrival, we were notified that there would be a parking fee of $4 plus tax/day added to our final bill. The funny thing is, they did not ask IF we had a car, did NOT ask for make, color or license number, and did NOT give us any kind of pass to place on the car dashboard. I believe this is simply an unethical and unnecessary fee to increase profits. There is no reason that this fee could not be included in the advertised room rental or notification given BEFORE making a reservation. Very unprofessional.
