AC at the entrance is crazy noisy super annoying. Lights at the rooms can improve, the light sensor at the bathroom works great but enlight so bright all area.
I didn't see any security cameras outside. Elevator out of service for 2 days. Cleaning of the rooms is weekly

The room we stayed in wasn't as nice as it appeared in the pictures. The chairs were old and peeling, and while everything looked good online, it was a different story in person.

The location was awful, with no internet connection, and the rooms were never cleaned. Every time I needed something, it felt like a hassle, I had to make a trade. It was really unprofessional to have bedding handed to us at the front desk.

There was an odor in the room. Also, there were spider webs by the phone, and the top of the refrigerator was very dirty, indicating that it wasn't cleaned. The shower head could've been more modern.

My wife and I didn't stay in LIVINN Hotel. The room they gave us wasn't prepared. It was very filthy, and after we approached the receptionist about the conditions of the room, he got angry and asked us out of the hotel.
So we contacted the police department and let them know about the situation. The receptionists at LIVINN Hotel were very rude to my wife, and I They were discriminating and racist towards us.

The room size and the free breakfast. The employee by the name of Jerome is AWESOME. HE IS THE ONLY REASON WHY I KEEP COMING.

The prices were too high, and the District Manager is very RUDE! DON'T Know how to talk to people. Very arrogant and nasty.
