Asked for a quiet room. Was assigned a room with semi trucks directly outside my window who ran their engines all night long. This was not I-35 road noise. This was parked trucks on hotel property.

The guy working a 48 hour shift was awesome.
Negatives:
Booking.com site said to call them directly to change the bed to a king. I called the hotel, they said they aren't allowed to change anything we put on the site. I emailed Booking.com and received no response. Our AC went out and sounded like a freight train. It got fixed about midnight. We usually in bed at 9.

I liked the kitchen, kitchenware and large refrigerator.
Negatives:
Both the coffeemaker AND the 2 burner stovetop did NOT work so there was no way to make a cup of coffee in the morning. And I feel for the price of the room there should really be a breakfast of some sort. I went ahead with the room thinking I could just prepare something in the room. But no, nothing worked.
