Location is great for going to MOA and Arbor Lakes - lots of restaurants nearby.
Negatives:
The Pool heater was not working - the pool was freezing. This is my children's favorite part of going to a hotel, so this was a huge bummer to our weekend. From 8pm to 1:30AM we had very loud people above us - they seemed to be jumping off the bed or running down the hallway or wrestling - It was excessive noise. I ended up calling the front desk twice to see if they could stop the noise - In the morning I noticed a hockey bus out front of the hotel. I realize you can't control who rents rooms, but there should be better control when the loud behavior continues after 10pm. The walls in my room were shaking, my children were scared, and I was just plain annoyed. On top of those issues - our room didn't seem to be vacuumed or swept, I found many pieces of hair in the bathroom when we arrived.

The bed was comfortable, room temperature adjusted well to what we set it to, the property was clean, and overall the staff was helpful and accommodating.
Negatives:
There were people running in the hallways late at night and early in the morning. I heard a loud bang at one point in the night (I assume someone dropped something or locked something over). My partner and I woke up and couldnt not fall back asleep.
