The Russian desk clerk was very rude to me. Room was dirty: blood/poop stains on the bathroom door, hair on the mattress and mattress protector, dirt exposed and accumulating on the box spring. Glasses not washed. Our 3 rooms were on different floors.

It was bring remodeled. We were on the third floor. Never did figure out how to find the elevator. I am 76 and had to use the stairs to go to our room.

Staff was not helpful nor friendly. Not pet friendly. Thought $75 fee for a pet was excessive. Would have preferred being on a lower level close to exit.
