The desk person could not be understood. She charged my card three times even though I purchased through Booking. I have to now battle my credit card company who told me to contact the property..that will not work. It took her six times to activate the room key, actually blaming me for her error. I am sick to my stomach because I feel taken!!

Had to use the phone at the desk, several tries, to wake the clerk so we could get plates and bowls for the meager breakfast offered.

Positives:
It was EMPTY, like we were the only ones there for two out of three nights, so that’s good.
Negatives:
The owner is awful, charged us 30$ for having kids, even though on their website it says kids under 17 are free? He’s a shyster for sure. The lady that the desk is very soft spoken but extremely kind and accommodating.
